The Kosovo Banking Association has an announcement regarding the withdrawal of funds from the Trust through the banking sector

Considering the large number of citizens' requests for the withdrawal of the 10% of funds from the Trust, as well as the pandemic situation in the country, the Kosovo Banking Association calls on all beneficiaries who have applied to withdraw 10% of funds from the Trust, that after the announcement of the transfer of funds into their accounts to use as much as possible electronic instruments such as 'e-banking' service and bank cards to make purchases and payments. Payments through electronic instruments are cheaper, more efficient and safer for citizens. We remind you that payments by bank cards can be made at all sale points in Kosovo at no additional cost.

However, in such cases when it is necessary to physically withdraw cash, we ask citizens to use the network of bank ATMs, which is spread throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and will be available at full capacity. In this form long queues within bank branches will be avoided by preventing the delivery of COVID-19 and unnecessary queues.

The banking sector throughout this time will continue to provide all financial services at full capacity for all banking customers by providing services as easily, quickly and securely as possible.
