The Finance Committee elects the new chairmanship

During the meeting held on April 27, 2023, the representatives of the member banks of the Kosovo Banking Association elected the new chairmanship of the Finance Committee, where they voted for chairman Mrs. Ana Goga, Chief Finance Officer at CREDINS Bank and as vice chairman Mr. Esad Haxhani, Head of the Finance Department, at ProCredit Bank.

The Finance Committee plays a crucial role in the overall functioning and success of the banking sector in Kosovo. Through regular meetings, the Finance Committee handles issues related to financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, and ensures that banks operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Finance Committee cooperates with the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK) and other relevant institutions to address various financial and economic issues. This committee works diligently to fulfill its responsibility for ensuring financial stability, risk management and the development of the sector in general.
