Kosovo Banking Association has lobbied for the development of the capital markets in Kosovo and in this form has requested the creation of a legislative framework for this purpose

Kosovo Banking Association has collaborated with all relevant stakeholders to advocate for the development of capital markets in Kosovo and has sought to establish a legislative framework for this purpose.

As a result of this collaboration, and particularly with the significant commitment of USAID Investment Promotion and Access to Finance Activity, the Ministry of Finance has decided to draft the concept document for capital markets, in which Kosovo Banking Association is a part of this working group.
