The key findings of the Survey on Consumer Behaviors and Preferences for Digital Payments in Kosovo were presented
The Opening Speeches of the event were made by Petrit Balija, CEO of the Kosovo Banking Association, Tamara Gavrilovic, Business Development Manager at Visa, and Dardan Fusha, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosova, where they discussed strategies and challenges in adapting digital payment service offerings to these preferences.
One of the main highlights of the event was the presentation of the key findings of the Survey on Consumer Behaviors and Preferences for Digital Payments in Kosovo, conducted by Kosovo Banking Association in collaboration with VISA. During this event, Mr. Balija shared the survey results with participants, followed by a Panel Discussion on "Adapting to Digital Consumer Preferences: Challenges and Strategies", where panelists shared their perspectives on the challenges and strategies to align banking services with the increasing consumer preference for digital payments.
