The updating of customer information has been discussed

The members of the Kosovo Banking Association, respectively the Legal Committee, held a regular meeting, discussing legal requirements that oblige the banking sector to update bank customers' data. In this sense, it is discussed the possibility of signing a cooperation agreement with the Business Registration Agency in order for the banks to use some of the data that this Agency has in order for better implement law. Another issue discussed among the members was the issue of the functioning of the justice system in Kosovo, namely the handling of court cases of banks by the justice system.
