The working group for the draft Law on Banks is established

The Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers in the Legislative Program for 2022 has planned to draft the Law on Banks, in which case the working it has formed.

The Law on Banks is one of the topics discussed by the Kosovo Banks Association (KBA) and is of great importance for the banking sector, where KBA has played an important role in representing the banking sector. The Law on Banks is a law that defines the conditions and rules for establishing, licensing, organization, management, liquidation, and supervision of banks.

The representative from the Kosovo Banking Association to participate in the meetings of the working group for the drafting of the regulation for the Law on Banks is Mr. Petrit Balija - Chief Executive Officer at KBA.
