Kosovo Banking Association and Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung Launch "Empower Finance" Campaign for Economic Development
Today, Kosovo Banking Association, in partnership with Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation in Kosovo (Sparkassenstiftung), proudly announces the initiation of the "Empower Finance" campaign as an innovative and significant step towards economic development. By combining their expertise and resources, both organizations aim to promote financial inclusion and economic empowerment for individuals and communities across Kosovo.
Grounded in the belief that access to financial services is a fundamental right, this campaign seeks to break barriers, overcome inequalities, and empower individuals and marginalized groups to take control of their future through proper financial education.
The "Empower Finance" campaign is comprehensive and diverse, designed to act as a catalyst for positive change by not only increasing awareness of financial education but also actively engaging the public in a transformative journey towards economic empowerment, with a special emphasis on financial education. Through the implementation of these initiatives and close coordination, our goal is to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and resources needed to make informed financial decisions, ultimately contributing to greater economic growth in Kosovo.
The campaign will span a three-month period, during which a wide range of activities with various characteristics are planned. Financial awareness remains its core pillar, materialized through informative resources, training sessions, workshops, and seminars designed to bring citizens closer to the development of their financial skills and engage them in open dialogues about financial matters as a key tool for economic empowerment.
Mr. Petrit Balija, CEO of the KBA stated:

Ms. Anja Deinzer, Representative in Kosovo and Regional Coordinator of Sparkassenstiftung for Southeast Europe, added:
