Kosovo Banking Association begins Global Money Week

Global Money Week this year is marked from March 18 to 24. Kosovo Banking Association started this global campaign for financial education in the city of Lipjan, at the "Vëllezërit Frashëri" school. In Lipjan, we were welcomed by exemplary students from the first to the fifth grades.

Conducting lessons differently from the usual ones, we presented to the children the history of the development of money, the establishment of financial institutions, the importance of money management and savings. Through games and entertaining materials, children learned new things and had fun with music, mascots and gifts.

Teaching financial literacy at an early age helps children develop healthy money habits from a young age. They learn the value of savings, budgeting and responsible spending, which you need for financial success later in life. Financial literacy is an essential life skill in today's complex world. Children who are financially educated are better equipped to face financial challenges and make sound financial decisions.
