The Training Center of the Kosovo Banking Association was established in 2005 and has played an active role in the banking sector development process. The role of training in KBA is to fulfill the needs of the banking sector by providing training for all those who wish to gain knowledge in the field of banking and finance.
In 2011 KBA Banking Training Center became the first accredited institute in the region to offer the European Foundation Certificate in Banking (EFCB) for the sector and banking recruits, thus bringing European standards in banking sector in Kosovo, and creating a uniform foundation of qualifications for all bankers in the sector in line with European qualifications. The training courses are specifically designed for banks and the attendees come from the banking sector and the Central Bank, Micro-finance Institutions and insurance companies. The training course curriculum is designed in close collaboration with the managers of the banks’ staff.
Kosovo Banking Association in cooperation with House of Training/ATTF and supported by the Government of Luxembourg organizes the training on "Fintech – The Disruptive Power of New Technologies in Finance" on 14 and 15 November 2019 – Pristina, Kosovo.
The training on the date of 14th November will be offered for C-levels, while on the second date of the 15th of November will be offered for the technical level of professionals engaged in business innovation and business model creation. "House of Training / ATTF" from Luxembourg in cooperation with Security Madein.lu (SMILE - https //securitymadein.lu/) will be organizing for the first time the seminar " Information Security Risk Management Program", which will be held in Luxembourg between 14 - 18 October 2019. Kosovo Banking Association in cooperation with House of Training and supported by the Luxembourg Government offer you the online Training on “European Data Protection Rules Under GDPR”. At the attached document you shall find in more details about the Training program.
Online training lasts approximately one hour (1h) and at the end of the lecture, participants will have to undergo the test in order to obtain the certificate which is also generated online.
The training is dedicated to all employees (especially those working in 'front Office’) who receive and process sensitive personal information of clients and employees of the organization, explaining the importance of increased care in maintaining the information and the consequences that may result from the European directive. In Kosovo, Law No.06 / L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data is also applicable, which aims to be in line with the requirements arising from GDPR.
