The Training Center of the Kosovo Banking Association was established in 2005 and has played an active role in the banking sector development process. The role of training in KBA is to fulfill the needs of the banking sector by providing training for all those who wish to gain knowledge in the field of banking and finance.
In 2011 KBA Banking Training Center became the first accredited institute in the region to offer the European Foundation Certificate in Banking (EFCB) for the sector and banking recruits, thus bringing European standards in banking sector in Kosovo, and creating a uniform foundation of qualifications for all bankers in the sector in line with European qualifications. The training courses are specifically designed for banks and the attendees come from the banking sector and the Central Bank, Micro-finance Institutions and insurance companies. The training course curriculum is designed in close collaboration with the managers of the banks’ staff.
Kosovo Banking Association in cooperation with ATTF, respectively House of Training enables all interested parties from Kosovo to apply for the "AML-CTF Advanced Level and Preparation Course to the CAMS Exam" program, wich will to be held in Luxembourg between dates February 25 - March 4, 2019.

Kosovo Banking Association, in cooperation with its partner from Luxembourg, House of Training ( supported by the Luxembourg Government), organizes online training related to the new European rule on personal data retention on "European Rules Data Protection by GDPR ".
Online training lasts approximately an hour (1h) and at the end of the lecture, participants are subject to a test to receive a certificate that is also generated online (80% of responses are required to be positive so that the test is passed).
